Production & Shipping Info

-All of our products are designed in the US, and most of our products are produced in Hong Kong

-To see where specific items are being manufactured and shipped look below the description on the listing


-All items are made to order, unless otherwise stated in the listing. These listings will say "On Hand"

-Most products are manufactured in Hong Kong through either ArtsAdd, ArtsCow, or CowCow

-Certain items, such as bunny hats and record lamps are handmade by the shop owners in New York state, USA

Production Times:

-Production times vary due to the time of year and order load. The following are averages, but production times may be shorter or longer than the averages

-Production times are also dependent on which manufacturer the product is coming from

-Production times include processing time for payment to be received by both the seller and manufacturer

     -ArtsCow & CowCow: 1-3 weeks

     -ArtsAdd: 2-14 business days

     -Handmade Made-to-Order by Nickangula: 1-2 Weeks


-Most items are shipped from Hong Kong

-Shipping carrier(s) used are dependent upon the destination country

-Parcels shipping internationally are usually transported by 2 different carriers. Parcel is transferred from first carrier once arriving at destination country and passing through customs

-Seller is not responsible for shipping transit times, or delays due to customs checks

-For international shipments, original carriers include 4PX Express, China Post, DHL, and FedEx

-Expedited shipping is available for most items

-Seller is not responsible for mis-deliveries due to incorrect name or address given by buyer, or insufficient address information. Replacement items must be paid for in full including shipping costs to send you a new item.

-Seller is not responsible for parcels stolen from your mailbox or residence after it has been delivered.

What to do if the USPS tracking information for your package says "delivered", but your package isn't where the shipping carrier says they delivered it:

   -contact us to confirm the address we sent it to is the correct address

   -please contact your local USPS post office with the tracking number you were given in the order shipment notification. If you are unsure how to locate your tracking number contact us either through Etsy messaging or email us at with your full name and order number. Occasionally USPS has been known to scan an item as delivered when it in fact was not. Usually the missing item is delivered within the next few days. 

   -We have also seen other instances where an order was accidentally dropped off at a neighbor's residence instead of to our customer's address. Ask your neighbors if they received a package with your name on it

   -If within 7 days after the tracking says "delivered" your order has still not arrived/been found, you will need to submit a missing package inquiry at the following link:

   -After hearing back USPS's final conclusion on your missing package if it is still not found please contact us and we will help you file a claim with Etsy. You must take the previous steps first before a claim is filed with Etsy

Please understand that we do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives to you safe and sound. Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens to your order once it is handed over to the shipping carrier. We will however do everything we can to help you retrieve your item if it goes missing.
