Shop Policies

If anything is unclear please contact us at

Order Cancelations:

  • if you need to cancel your order for any reason you must do so within 24 hours after placing your order. After that your orders will be put in for production and cannot be canceled. 

Returns & Exchanges:

  • If you would like to return your purchase(s) or would like to make an exchange please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. 

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost of the item(s) you are sending back

  • You may contact us through Etsy or email us at, and I will give you the address and instructions for sending back your return

  • Item(s) must be in the condition they were received. 

  • refunds cannot be processed for orders that are still in transit

  • refunds will be processed once we receive the items in the condition you received them in. 


  • We are not responsible for any delays in transit that may occur. Once your order is shipped we unfortunately have no control over what happens to it. If for some reason your order goes missing please contact us and we will contact the shipping company for more information

  • Non-delivery due to the following reasons are the responsibility of the buyer. To have the items reshipped the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs, and costs to replace the original items shipped out:

    • incorrect shipping address​

    • incorrect name given to be put on package

    • package stolen after delivery

    • package unable to be delivered due to damaged or missing mailbox

  •  If a package goes missing we will help direct you in how to file a missing package inquiry with your local post office or shipping carrier if it is an option (depending on country you are in)

  • At times there are glitches with Etsy's tracking tool and your tracking information may not show up on your order's information page. If this is the case simply contact us and we will provide you with the tracking link.

  • As many of our items are shipped from Hong Kong, and transfer from one shipping carrier to another during transit, tracking information may be a couple of days behind, especially when the package is first shipped

Personalized/Customized Products:

  • personalized or customized products are non refundable

  • we will send you a message through Etsy messaging with a digital mockup of what your personalized item will look like for your approval. If we do not hear back from you within 3 days of sending you the message we will have the order produced as is. Please be sure to check your Etsy messages if you place an order for personalized or customized items

  • custom commissions will include an additional fee on top of the regular product price, to be determined by the seller. To arrange a custom design please contact us either through Etsy messaging or email with as much information as possible in what you are looking for, and when you need it by. From there we will be able to determine if it is a project we can take on, a timeline, and pricing. 

Issues with your order/Disputes:

  • if you have any problem whatsoever with your ordering experience with us we request you contact us prior to leaving a review. The majority of the time we are able to easily resolve the issue for you. We want every single one of our customers to be happy with their purchases, and will absolutely work with you to make things right, within reason.
